How To Overcome Mental Stress?

"Hi Doc, This is suparna from calicut. I have been in mental stress past few months and now i cant concentrate in my work or anything. I am always confused. Its like i do not know at times what i'm doing, for what am i doing and all. I get so angry at times. Most of the time i'm sad. I even dont know the reason i am sad for. This kind of behavior of mine scares me and my parents also. Please advice me what to do."

do pleasurable activity
music and hobbies

discuss with friends
see all thing with different angle
positive outlook
confidence
all this will help you to counter daily stress.


Medicines like etizolam is helpful to reduce stress and anxiety but you have to do consultation and take advise before taking any medicines.
