Hi there, I have some abdominal discomfort, on the upper left side of my abdomen (my left side). It's a throbbing, pulsating sensation, and moves slightly to the middle of the abdomen (above the naval area) during the day. Other symptoms include loss of appetite, bloating, fever, muscle soreness (especially near the lower back of the body and kidneys) and headaches. I look forward to your answer, With best wishes Izak van Zyl
Hi. Thanks for an elucidate history. left upper -throbbing, pulsating, moving to center= I am worried this can be an aneurysm. You need an urgent color doppler / CT abdomen. Other symptoms can be due to associated changes around the diseased part giving you loss of appetite, bloating an all. Make this an urgent affair.
