How To Overcome My Severe Headaches?

My head feels like it is being kicked in. I am nasuas and light and noise are really bothersom. My right arm is tired/numb. I have had tegradall and phenergan shots. I have slowly cut out caffeine and have been diagnosed with migraine before. These headaches come frequently lately no one has helped so far

It seems from the history that you have been diagnosed with migraine and you have taken treatment in the form of tegredal and penargan.
Hence you require prophylactic drugs to prevent recurrent attacks. The commonly used drugs are flunarizine and beta blockers line propranolol.
