hey doctor,
i have facing a pain in my balls, in my back and lower abdominal, while controlling my feelings, and at the time of erection , and it will last for maximum 1-2 hours . only in this kind of situation otherwise no problem. do you hav any suggestion to overcome this pain or what it is ?

The only solution may be to have sex or do masturbation. If this helps there is no need to worry about .
If this does not help , it will be better to consult an Urologist at least once.
