How To Overcome Severe Fatigue And Tiredness After Exercise?

I want to loose some weight so in such case im walkinG and doing some kind of exercise but mine question is that after walking in the morning for an hour i feel so tired us it good to take glucon D or what should i consume which does not contains calories.

Feeling of tiredness and fatigue is quite natural after exercise.
It is better to start exercise on a small scale and increase gradually over a period of time.
To overcome that, you need to keep yourself well hydrated. Drinking oral rehydration solution, tender coconut water and fruit juices will make you more comfortable.
Avoid preparations like Glucon D as they will give you energy by providing calories.
Eat healthy diet. Take protein supplements regularly, which will build your stamina.
