How To Overcome The Cracks Around My Mouth?

Sir there are cracks around my mouth which are like not curable at all , after using cetaphil moisturizing cream and even vaseline i am still not able to cure it . The skin around my mouth is almost white after i bathe . Please help me out with this issue urgently.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It seems you have got Angular cheitis, kind of an inflammation of corners of lips.
I would suggest you consult a dermatologist for proper management.
Usually, i recommend oral multivitamins esp containing vitamin B3 along with local application of hydrocortisone cream and fusidic acid cream.
Apply good emolient like emolene cream to take care of dryness.
Drink plenty of water and have balanced diet.
Avoid using harsh toothpaste and cosmetics.
