How To Overcome The Problem Of Getting Excess Dreams?

I dream excessively every night, and even if I go to have a nap in the afternoon. I go to sleep at 9.00 pm and wake up about 6.00 am, but I wake up many times during the night due to vivid dreams, which has no particular significance, dreams are about travelling to far away unknown places, seeing dead people, and also seeing unclean toilets and such. I wake up not rested and dont know what to do. Can you help please ?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
It’s not normal to feel sleepy during the day, to have problems getting to sleep at night, or to wake up feeling exhausted. But even if you’ve struggled with sleep problems for so long that it seems normal, you can still learn to sleep better. You can start by tracking your symptoms and sleep patterns, and then making healthy changes to your daytime habits and bedtime routine. If self-help doesn’t do the trick, you can turn to sleep specialists who are trained in sleep medicine. Together, you can identify the underlying causes of your sleeping problem and find ways to improve your sleep and quality of life.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
