How To Overcome The Reoccurring Foreskin Itching?

Hi Doctor,

I have the reoccurring foreskin itching including glans penis itching & dryness rather total dryness.Skin becomes very dry and splits on the top of the penis foreskin which will crack in winter. Sometimes I get some tiny red spots on glans & severe itching. I have been using HH DERM (Mometasone Furoate, Fusidic Acid and Clotrimazole cream). I have checked for diabetes and there is no diabetes. Could you please provide some solution to this problem

hi i think u are suffering from candidiasis which is a fungal infection.usually it is associated with balanitis which is a bacterial infection of the glans.it is usually due to excessive moisture content or due to candidiasis in the partner.
it can be cured by regular cleaning of the area and use of flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for four weeks and application of nizral ointment twice daily
