How To Overcome The Scabs On The Face?

I have been getting scabs on my face from time to time, from no apparent injury. Once on my nose, another time on my chin and most recently I have three near my hairline. They do no itch and are not sore and eventually they come off on their own. Puzzled as to what causes them.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern the given history here is suggestive of skin allergic condition actually skin manifestation always demand the clinical examination this is art of looking for diagnosis, your history is atypical and this need to be examine clinically, for the symptomatic relief you can try "Diphenhydramine lotion" this may give symptomatic relief but for exact diagnosis and treatment you have to see the dermatologist, take care and have nice day.
