How To Overcome The Severe Pain Caused By The Tubes In My Ears Due To Infections?

My 3yr old had tubes placed in his ears due to infections.last night he was what seemed to be in pain n this morning there was alot of dried blood.he is in severe pain.we went to the er and the gave motrin,drops n antibiotic..i am sooooo worried n i know he is in pain...HELP

I have gone through your query regarding acute pain in ear of your 3 years old child who is already having tubes in his ear.

Clinical history of your kid is indicating that most likely this acute pain is because of infection in middle ear. Sometimes tube gets blocked due to dry discharge or blood crust and in that particular situation earache develop with same severety as was before putting tubes.
