How To Overcome The Side Effects Of Having Duromine With Calcium And Zinc?

I have been on duromine 30mg for the past week and i feel really sick, musea, weak joints, depression, sleepless nights nad restlessness and palpitaions /shortness of breath. I am also taking calcium 1500mg in combination with zinc and magnesium. Is it okay to combine these and what should i do about these effects
