How To Overcome The Sinus Problem, Headache And Improper Digestion?
Hi I am 30 years female married weight is 39,height is 150 ,
I am suffering from sinus ,head ache, past 14 years
i have under gone nose surgery and tonsil surgery before 10years
still i have the problem
when i travel,if i change the drinking water ,noise polution,climate change means i am suffering form severe haed ache and improper digistion for me can you guide me
i have taken treatment for this before 10 years
currently i am not in treatment
i am avoiding the things which are not ok for me
but still this climate for me it is tough
i can not breathe properlly

History of interventions , climatic harshness and non compliance with medicines have all compromised you airways and sinuses which are very sensitive already.
so you need to start with decongestion and sinus therapies and seek otorhinolaryngologist help for further management, consult sublingual therapies or surgical corrections of this chronic issues. Avoiding problem is not the solution. Facing it is
