Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

Perhaps you have a fungal infection. Body folds and the belt area are prone to develop a fungal infection. I suggest you use an OTC topical antifungal e.g either clotrimazole cream or ketoconazole cream,. Use it twice daily In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine for symptomatic relief from itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kakkar S., Dermatologist
