Hi,
Heroin is the most notorious of all substances and has the most intense cravings. I congratulate you for being clean for 2 months so far and hope you will continue the same. In absence of replacement therapy like suboxone, you can use symptomatic management like pain killers Diclofenac or Tramadol 50 mg thrice a day along with antacid Omeprazole 20mg once a day and adequate nutrition and water intake. In case of diarrhea use oral rehydration solution or tablet loperamide 2mg optionally. If you feel weak, you may use multivitamin tablets (Supradyn/ Bicosoule) for a few days.
These will decrease the severity of the withdrawal symptoms to some extent. Thanks!
