General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Children will potty train once they can have control of the muscles that control urination. Most children do so within 2-3 years of age. It is important to start potty training her by setting a schedule.
You need to use comfortable tools as well (that she can sit and be potty trained).
Do not be critical as this may prevent her from potty training. Celebrate times she does succeed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
