How To Pre Pone Menstrual Bleed?

Hello doctor I want to know the pill name that to be taken to get early period as I am going for vacations & festivals
usually I came in period 4 days before exactly from my date & i.e. 13/11 & I want to prepone by 5days so pls. suggest me any medicine & from what date I should start taking.

Hi,

Start taking progesterone pills 5mg (regesterone 5 mg) twice daily from the date you want to postpone your period and continue till the period you want to start your periods again.
