How To Prevent An Infection In The Vagina?

hi.. i fingered myself.. and when i went to wash my hands i realized that my fingers had some blood. i went to use a tissue to wipe and i saw blood once again.. im afraid that i have cut the inside of my vagina. and im very worried because i dont want an infection. what should i do?
