How To Prevent Bed Wetting?

I am an 18 year old boy and I still occasionally pee on my bed. It only happens rarely like 2 times a year or so. I want to know, is it normal to pee pants sometimes when sleeping and how to prevent it. I am a very deep sleeper and I never wake up in the middle of the night to pee.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Avoid taking excess water at night time. If there is some other cause like obstructive sleep apnea caused by recurrent upper respiratory infections it should be treated. Keep alarm and get up to go for toilet. Bedwetting alarms with sensors can be put on underwear before sleeping. If all these not helping then medications can be taken by doctors advise. Drugs like desmopressin are used for this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
