How To Prevent Heart Attack While Suffering Form Hypertension And Diabetes?

I am having B.p & type2 diabetes for the last 10 years and taking medicine for both. I am talking lmdur30 half tablet and enace D and metformin 500 mg thrice a day. Chlorestrol under control. Please advise me any medical check up is required for preventing heart attack and other complications Thanks Swamy P V

Hello,

The heart check-up will consist on EKG, ultrasound of heart and effort test. You should test HbA1c to test diabetes. Keep blood pressure and glucose levels stabilized to prevent a heart attack.
