Hello my friend
Thanks for your question on HCM

First of all you have to eat in an healthy way like:
1.Eat foods that contain plenty of fibre as fruits, vegetables, bread, brown rice, and wholemeal spaghetti and other wholemeal pasta.
Although the effects of a high-fibre diet may be seen in a few days, it may take as long as four weeks. You may find that if you eat more fibre, you may have some bloating and wind at first. This is often temporary. As your gut becomes used to extra fibre, the bloating or wind tends to settle over a few weeks.
2.Have plenty to drink.Aim to drink at least two litres (about 8-10 cups) of fluid per day
3.Exercise regularly, if possible.Keeping your body active helps to keep your gut moving.
4.Toileting routines.
Do not ignore the feeling of needing the toilet. Some people suppress this feeling if they are busy

This type of plan will hepl you a lot dont ignore it.
Hope this information is helpful to you
Best regards
