How To Prevent Pregnancy After Delivery?

Hello i want to ask how can i prevent pregnancy i don t know it is confirmed that i am pregnant actually i have already 8 months old baby girl after delievery first mensuration come 24 september but in october mensuration not come again so i have check pregnancy test at home on 10 october it is negative but again i check pregnancy yesterday it becomes positive so i am confussed ?

I understand your concern.
You would regain your fertility after delivery once you start getting your regular menstrual periods. Now that urine pregnancy test is positive, it would be better to confirm it by means of ultrasound scan and measurement of beta-hCG levels in blood to know about its status.
If it is confirmed, then the only way to prevent it is by means of getting it aborted by intake of pills, as this could be done before 12 weeks of pregnancy. However, abortion by means of pills should be carried out strictly under medical supervision.
Since you are in the lactating period, other means of abortion should also needs to be explored, which would be suitable for your condition.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist in this regard for appropriate management.
