How To Prevent Twisting Of Pelvis?

i went to see a privert physo and he said i had a twised pelvis and put it back right but he also said it could happen again at any time is there anythig a can do to stop this happening and aslo can i live a normal life because i have not been able to walk for the past three month and since he put my pelvis back right i can and im worried if this happens again i will not beable to walk again
