How To Proceed With This PvO2 Level While Treating Kidney Stones?

i recently had a visit to the ER for abdominal discomfort and back pain i was diagnosed with kidney stones and a flare up of gastgroparesis. i just got a notification on my medical chart online that my pvo2 level came back critical and that i need to contact my doctor for a follow up. what is this? and should i be concerned?

PVO2 level indicates oxygenation status of the organ of the body and low levels means that there is significant amount of low blood flow to particular organ of the body. However, in a case of kidney stone, it is mandatory to know that this level is suggestive of which organ function to guide further precisely without any hassle.
