Hi, this is a little embarrassing, but the one thing that is keeping me from quitting smoking is that I truly think it is the only way my body knows how to have a bowel movement with a cup of coffee each morning. Am afraid I will gain all kinds of weight and be very uncomfortable with constipation....So, is my assessment correct and if so, is there another way for me to teach my body to eliminate on its own without a cigarette?
