Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi Dear,
as you chew tobacco since last year and 22 to 23 hours a day its a severe addiction you have. first of all decide a date to quit tobacco. then with that date gradually tapering down the amount of tobacco and also increasing gap between two intake. to increasing the gap try different method like chew other thing like chewing gum or any other . and start medication as advised by psychiatrist
and consult psychiatrist for counselling and medication. there are many medication which is helpful but it is given to pt according to patient profile.
Thank you
