General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Implantation bleeding happens by way of a slight pinkish spotting during the mid or late phase of the cycle. If conception has taken place, following this episode there will be delay in getting periods.
Most of the times, such implantation bleeding goes unnoticed.
In your case, it does not seem so because the bleeding seems to be like periods and is getting heavier, which is not so in case of implantation bleeding.
In any case, it would be better to take up an ultrasound scan to know about the status to get a clear picture.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
