How To Recover From Dexpoten Syrup Addiction?

Hi sir,i'm a boy.age 22.i'm a dexpoten cyrup addicted from last 2/3 years.when i give up this dexpoten,i feel very weak.but if i continue it daily i feel good.but it damages my daily work and regularity.i tried so many times to give up dexpoten but i failed because of my illness.now what can i do?please give me an idea.
