How To Recover From Anxiety?

I just received my lipid profiles and my chemistry from my doctor and my SGPT is 51 and my T4 is 5.8. I have been a type one diabetic for 52 years and this is the first test that have had any out of range results. Do I need to worry? My doctor has requested a return visit in the usual three month interval. My rheumatoid Sed rate was 18. My 24 hour urine-creatine clearance and protien was excellent, hemoglobin A1C was 6.7. LDL 113, HDL 71.8, Triglycerides 67. He just said that the liver enzyme test was borderline. Should I be concerned about my liver. I have anxiety and trouble with insomnia and I take 25 mg of benedryl every night to sleep. Could this be causing the change in my test?
