How To Recover From Coma While Undergoing Treatment For Brain TB?

my 49yr old dad is under brain tb treatment since last 7 months,also developed symptoms of diabetes,bedsores on the tail bone and is in comma stage..his mri shows that it has 18 yr old origin..his eyes are open and there is sensation in his body parts ,he inhales from his tracheal tube inserted by surgery at his neck.please advice me the treatments other than the tb medicines for his faster recovery if possible and also sujesst me the precautions 2 be taken
