How To Recover From Constant Sneezing Problem Due To Change In Weather?

Hello For the past 5 months I am suffering from constant sneezing problem ,especially in the morning and whenever there is sudden change in climate like going out of air conditioned room , or in winter when I wake up and get out of my blanket. Best Regards

Allergic rhinitis linked to moisture pollution or anything from Atoz. It is very difficult to identify and very difficult to completly cure.It is patient to identify the object of cause to allergy. Such things are to be avoided. With treatment it can be controlled or supressed. Take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily till it is controlled. A course of injection placentrex can be tried.
