How To Recover From The BPVV?

I saw an ENT 2 weeks ago, she said that because I continue to experience spinning and dizziness, 4 weeks after the onset of the vertigo, she didn t think I had BPPV...So what do I have and what can I do to get rid of this? I am 50 yrs. okd and in fairly good health with exception of back and joint issues.
