How To Recover From The Costochondritis?

What are the different treatment of costochondritis? I am able to tolerate my costochondritis pain but I dont want to get that small pain also, its not affecting me hardly but affecting my regualr activities like walking, ridding and sometime also in work.

You need to follow these steps for 1-2 weeks fir improvement in costochondritis.
1. Avoid stress and tension. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
2. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
3. Avoid movements causing pain.
4. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
You will definitely improve in 1-2 weeks. After that you can gradually do your daily activities.
