How To Recover From The Tight Burning And Pinching Of The Neck And Both The Shoulders?

Hi plezzz help im in agony. Ive had an MRI and report says pathology between c5 &c6. large disc protrusion with clear foraminal compromise bilaterally with some central canal restriction. Surgeon wants to operate as im on a cocktail of meds that arnt doing anything at all. Im 5foot 1. 39 years old and weigh 58kgs
I cant get any relief and im going crazy. my neck and both shoulders, mainly left shoulder. tight, burning, pinching...all the time, never goes away just gets tighter i have tried chiropractor, acupuncture, physio, massage. can you suggest anything that can help me...im desprate plezzzz help.
