How To Recover From The Tilted Pelvis?

I was diagnosed with a tilted pelvis a few months ago after suffering with hip pain since the birth of my 2nd child 7 years ago but just before I was told what was wrong the had constant UI blood in on urine when tested off doctor but nothing when the sample was sent away. I can't seen to be able to shift the feeling of constantly needing the toilet but I keep getting told to take antibiotics. Any help would be greatly appreciated
