How To Recover Loss Of Fine Motor Skills In Hand?

I suffered a rather severe spinal cord injury to my neck in November 2009. At present I still suffer constant numbness and tingling in my legs but mainly in my arms and specifically in my hands. Could you please recommend an occupational therapist to help with recovery of the loss of fine motor skills in my right hand?
