How To Rectify Mental And Nerve Problem After Getting Electrocuted?

I was electrocuted 5 years ago and have had a lot of medical done to the physical injury however my mental and nerve problems still persist. I have been able to work in a lesser capacity but have experianced an inability to recall things that would have normally been easy to access. Also there is a problem with the motor control of my left hand I keep dropping things the sense of touch in that hand seem to have been affected.
