How To Reduce SGOT Levels?

Sir , I am 32 female suffering from buddchiari syndrome from last 5 years. Had undergone TIPS suggery 5 years before...I am find till now , but i see LFT SGOT variance from last 1 year ; currently sgot is 70...please advise any diet & how to reduce the sgot to become normal

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

In Budd chiary syndrome there is hepatic vein obstruction that drain liver....
It can lead cirrhosis....
For which you have done TIPSS operation to reduce portal pressure...

Regular follow up done...
Nothing active treatment needs now...
Take low salt diet....
Early in morning take grined spinach and carrot juice...
Green leafy veg more...
High protein diet taken....

If ascites present diuretic might needed..

If coagulation tendency then oral anticoagulant taken...
Take care...

Regular follow up done to gastroentetologist...
