Hello and welcome to HCM,
In order to reduce elevated prolactin levels, it is important to know the cause of raised prolactin levels.
Prolactin levels are elevated most commonly due to prolactin secreting tumor.
Prolactin is secreted by pituitary gland in the brain.
Surgical excision of the tumor is the treatment of choice.
If there is some other cause of increased prolactin secretion, relevant treatment has to be done.

Thanks and take care
