How To Reduce Abdominal Bloating?

i am 33. i have always been fit and slim even after my only daughter who is almost 3 years now. few months back i had to abort my pregnany due to sone reasons.since then im not having my regular mensus cycle as im also taking depo provera injection every 3 months as a family planning procedure.my tummy is bloated and feels like im pregnant 5-6 months..its sometimes inflates to that size! how to get rid of tummy fat or bloating..or whatever it is...

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of tummy fat enhancement while on depo provera injection indicates hypercholesterolemia issue most likely.

* In my clinic, I do recommend

- detailed physical examination

- cholesterol profile on empty stomach

- rule out diabetes and thyroid disorder

- check for obesity and correct if any

- diet control to avoid all non veg, junk food, dairy fat

- regular aerobics

- regular record of body weight

- avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming

- avoid stress and anxiety

- maintain regular sound sleep of 8 hours

- get an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for further guidelines of cure.
