How To Reduce Anal Irritation With The History Of Anal Fistula?

Sir, I had faced anal fistula problems for the last 6 years and was operated by a qualified surgeon. Then we have no problems in my anal side. Now when I passed stool, feeling that some irritaching observed and used cream for removal of pain and then no problems. Kindly advise what is the best cream so that no any irritation or any problems observe in future. REGARDS ZULFIQAR ALI

I really appreciate your concern, ideally there should not be any complaint after the operation if it is some irritation or itching then this need to be clinically examined till this can be managed with "Policresulen cream" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
