How To Reduce Anal Pain While Suffering From Hemorrhoids?

I believe i have hemmoroids. I ve been constipated and after my bowel movements, my anus has hurt for hours up to a few days. I ve been taking baths to try to alleviate the pain, I ve started a stool softener hoping that it ll be easier to have movements. Is there anything else to do for the pain?

Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, I think to incorporate fiber to your diet will be helpful and to take some stools softener is a great idea, you need to avoid any trauma in your anal area, you can use some OTC creme for hemorrhoid 3 times/ day after warm bath and some oral anti-inflammatory, just in case the symptoms persist or getting worse I recommend you go to the doctor.i hope that my advice has been helpful,take care
