How To Reduce Ankle Pain?

hello, i had a sprain in my ankel about 1 years ago and i when back to the hospital about a week ago because my ankel still hurt and the job i do is pretty physical and the doctor give me a week off from work now i have to go back to work on moday but my ankel still really hurt but i really need to work for the money what should i do ....please help
