How To Reduce Anxiety Attacks During Sleep And Swelling In Hands And Feet?

i have been having severe anxiety attacks especially in my sleep that when i wake up i am gasping for air drenched in sweat and my chest feels like it is exploding from the inside out, i am 29 and my mom, my grandmother and two young cousins have all passed from heart related problems.. i am having trouble with feet and hands swelling.. could you tell me what i need to do? i also have a rash all over my body that when i don t allergy meds i will itch to the bone and it will look something like small boils..is all of this related.
