How To Reduce Belly Fat In A Person Having Low BP?

I am 77, weigh 245, and 6 3 tall. My girth at navel is 50 , where I wear my pants is 44 , and my chest is 46 . I take hydrocortisone (25 mg) and sertraline (100 mg). My heart rate averages around 53 and my blood pressure is usually in a low normal range. Is it possible for me to lose my belly fat?

you havent given the reason for taking hydrocortisone.
it is very much possible for you to loose weight if you follow strict diet and exercise. you cardiovacular system is perfectly healthy. all you need is determination and grit for loosing weight. consult a good nutritionist for your daily diet plan. best of luck.
