How To Reduce Belly Fat While On Synthroid And Biotin?
I am 59 years old in very good health, however I have a fat stomach sometimes it s bloated because when I lay down it s flat. How do I get rid of this belly fat? I take medication - Synthroid, Amlodipine-Benzaepril, one a day 50 plus, Calcium 600-Vit D 800 and biotin.

So cut down your butter, red meat, alcohol, sugars. Exercise daily. Drink lots of water and eat veggies and fresh fruits.
