Hi welcome to HCM.
The average blood pressure that is needed to be maintained is around 130/80 mm of hg.Drugs like ace inhibitors and calcium channel blockers help to reduce the blood pressure to normal levels.Regular physical activity and reduction of salt intake to less than 6 gm /day can help to control the blood pressure.I advice you to have a screening 2 dimensional echocardiography to rule out organic heart lesions.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you
