How To Reduce Blood Urea Level In A Diabetic And Hypertensive Person?

Hi...I am a 46 year old male with diabetes for the past 13 years..I am also hypertensive... I have developed CKD ,,,my creatinine is 3.5 and blood urea is 76.... I am under a diet as also medication..How do I reduce blood urea levels as this is leading to severe itching

High levels of blood urea and creatinine are due to kidney disease. Diabetes can lead to renal disease. I suggest you to consult a nephrologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
