How To Reduce Body Aches, Sore Throat And Body Temperature?

I am suffering from 100 -102 temp from past 4 days, my body is cold but the thermometer shows temp. I am getting body aches and have soure throat and swere cold doctor has prescribed me moxclave 625 thrice a day and I have been taking paracetamol tablet thrice a day, kindly guide

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your symptoms fever, body aches & sore throat. You have been already prescribed Amoxyclav 625 & paracetamol tablet thrice a day. Following remedies may be done in addition to this treatment plan.

1.Salt Water Gargle- Mix 1 tsp of salt with warm water in a glass. Gargle for roughly 15-20 seconds and spit out. You can repeat this as needed for 2-3 days. Remember to spit the water rather swallowing it.
2.Sucking on cough drop or candy can cause soothening of throat.
3.Take warm liquid diet, drink plenty of water & Take rest.

You will start improving in 3 to 4 days.If problem persist visit a physician
