How To Reduce Chest Pain In A Diabetic After An Injury?

I am 53year old. Diabetic. Two days before I had bike accident. I have fallen, and bike handle sprained very deeply in my right side chest. I have severe pain while coughing, and at time while taking deep breath. Also when I bend to take any thing from ground pains a lot. pls advice medication

Hey, ribs pain is usually very sever and can take a while to settle.
Start Nuberol Forte 1 tablet daily for 3 times. You can take max of 4 tablets in a day depending on severity of your pain. Then take omeprazole capsule 40mg once daily before breafast. and Tablet, Diclofenac 50mg 2 to 3 times daily as pee severity of ur pain.

It should get better with this.
