I'm a 56 year old female , 5'5, 132lbs. Total Cholesterol of 264, LDL is 155 mg/dL. Eat pretty healthy, like to walk. I'd like to try to reduce my cholesterol through diet and possibly supplements. I'm not an unrealistic health nut, if I need to be on meds, so be it. With this info, can you give me your thoughts?
